2001 Sunnybrook 2708 SLE in VERY good condition. Camper is aluminum frame and weighs 4500lb. Has queen bed in front with twin bunks in rear. Couch and dinette both convert into sleepers also. Camper has 30amp service with fresh, gray, and black holding tanks. Ducted AC unit keeps unit as cool as you want even in full sun. Furnace is gas unit and has two LP tanks mounted on front. Refridgerator is electric or LP. Has stove, microwave, and stereo. Awning is 18ft and in great condition. Tires and spare in good shape also.  This camper needs nothing. There have never been any leaks and is a very tight unit. We bought from the original owner and they had it under a full shelter since new. Our children had became "independant" a few years ago when we purchased. Now they have children and want to camp again so we are now looking to go larger. I hope to find another Sunnybrook.
