An almost new RV. Currently being used as a six month live aboard. Gets about 9 MPG on the highway and more when tanks mostly empty. Rigged for towing. Has an in door/out door temp readout. Almost new tires, maybe 5ooo miles on them. Lots of storage, some with clear thru the chassis storage. excellant shape, alwas have had covers on the seats and an extra carpet on the floor to reduce wear. The dinette has been moved slightly to one side. (I am bigger than my wife) The chassis has been raised 2 inches. (we lived in Arizona and had to cross railroad tracks coming and going from home.)The vehicle is currently in Kinsley Kansas. It can be delivered (during the good weather) about any place in USA or Canada. Mw bought the RV three years ago, then due to ill health we have not traveled as much as we were planning. My wife does all the driving. The vehicle has been serviced every 3000 miles and has been well maintained since we purchased it. The engine is in great shape and has an abundance of power on the road and on hills.. The cruise control makes It easy to drive. It is a very confortable rig.... self contained for boon dockers. Like home for full timers. I would consider a smaller 5th wheel as part trade. I intend to spend the summers in Kansas and do not need all the space. the unit has very little wear and tear, but, I will have the vehicle COMPLETELY detailed out for delivery. It is a NO SMOKING RIG.
