I bought this beautiful Lance camper for a short bed, just before I became ill. It is apparent that I will never use it. The camper is new, and has never been slept in, nor the bath ever used. The appliances have never been used, except for testing. The 820 is a deluxe unit, and is much more camper a than what is available now. The camper has been stored indoors in my warehouse, and has never been outdoors except for delivery and for a photo. It has the wireless remote controlled camper jacks, twin propane cylinders with automatic changeover, deluxe removable carpeting, the large 3-way refrigerator with freezer, and a temperature controlled fantastic fan. It has a main side awning and a rear entry awning. Plus many more fine features. By new, and pay no sales tax. The camper is available for inspection in Morro Bay, Ca.
